The warranty information below is for all Powr-Flite equipment purchased on or after January 2022. 
For all Powr-Flite equipment purchased prior to January 2022, please contact your dealer or customer service for warranty details.

All Powr-Flite equipment has been carefully tested and inspected at the factory. It is guaranteed, subject to the terms stated in this warranty, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any parts which, upon examination, prove to be defective in material and workmanship. For warranty claims, call our Customer Service Department at 800-880-2913 or submit a claim form to cfcwarranty@tacony.com.

NOTE: Electric cable switches, carbon brushes, and couplings are exempt from these guarantees, but the purchaser is assured meticulous care has been exercised in the selection, assembling, and testing of these parts before shipping. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, fire, or to any Powr-Flite product which has been repaired by other than an authorized Powr-Flite distributor or factory personnel. Warranty is void if products are used for any purpose other than that which was intended. Please read instruction manuals and maintenance instructions carefully.
