Powr-Flite Return Policy

Powr-Flite is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your order and the order experience.  If it is necessary to return an item, a Return Authorization Number (RA) must be obtained prior to returning the item. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Merchandise returned without a RA number or outside of the time limits will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the shipper. All damaged or missing items need to be reported to Powr-Flite within 7 days of receipt.  

Exclusions: Returns must be delivered in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Dryers and products including chemicals cannot be returned. Powr-Flite will not accept returns of used, abused, defaced, or damaged merchandise.

 

If merchandise meets the qualifications above follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  2. To ensure immediate credit processing, all returns must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the carton.

If merchandise is no longer new and unused or is past the 30-day return window, please contact Technical Service to obtain assistance with troubleshooting, repair, or locating a service center.
