Pulsar Carpet Extractor Wand Pairings

The Pulsar line of carpet extractors are designed to hold everything you need to perform an extraction job. Thanks to the all-in-one, onboard storage, there is a safe place to store your wand, hose, cord, and a bottle of solution.

Each Pulsar ships with:

One 25-ft Power Cord (Heated units ship with 2 Power Cords)
One 20-ft Vacuum/Solution Hose
1-Qt Powr-Extract Cleaning Chemical

This gives you the opportunity to choose a wand best suited for your needs.

When selecting an attachment for your extractor, be sure to pay close attention to the P.S.I. your machine is capable of producing. If the extractor reaches a higher P.S.I. than the wand (or other attachment), the wand may be damaged, or could possibly even burst from the excessive pressure. For this reason, we always recommend a wand with a higher P.S.I. than the extractor.

When choosing an extractor wand, look first at the pressure the wand can withstand. Next, determine how many jets on the wand you prefer.

We typically suggest beginning with a single jet extraction wand- the solution is pushed out in a single stream which can offer more control.

For heavily soiled floors, you may prefer multi-jet wands. Many professional cleaners regularly use 2 or even 3 jet wands as a way of targeting carpet fibers from all angles.
