High or Low Speed Burnishing

Floor burnishers are meant to enhance high gloss on an established floor. The difference in a 1600 and 2000 RPM floor burnisher is obviously speed. As the 1600 and the 2000 indicate, these are the rates at which the burnisher pad is turning or RPM. If you are trying to decide between the two it's important to know that a 2000 RPM machine will shine a little faster and is great for large spaces. If you have a small space you may be better off going with a 1600 RPM burnisher if you're in a small area since you don't want to use a burnisher that is too aggressive.
