What is an Airwatt Motor and why is it so important?
The answer is simple:
The Airwatt Motor was built to withstand the moisture of the deep cleaning it is meant for.
For professional carpet cleaners, carpet extraction can be an every day task. Moisture can collect inside the body of the extractor from long hours or frequent use, exposing your motor to less than desirable environment. Through a few modifications, the Airwatt Motor is engineered to extend the life of your motor.
Bearing failure is the number one failure on carpet extractor vacuum motors.
Thanks to a patent-pending bearing design, the Airwatt virtually eliminates bearing failure.
A high-efficiency new cooling fan design keeps the Ametek motor running cooler than usual and the high-quality pump will hold up to high pressure, heat and harsh chemicals.
That is why we choose Airwatt.
As part of our commitment to provide the most quality cleaning equipment, our most recently released line of carpet extractors are each equipped with the Airwatt Motor. More than that, they have a unique Clamshell Design which allows for direct access to the vacuum motor. The unit opens in half and rests on its rear loading reals, exposing the innerworkings for easy maintenance.
The Pulsar line of portable extractors are all built with at least one Airwatt Motor. The larger units come complete with Dual Airwatt Motors for added power and performance.
The Pulsar+ unit uses a Single Airwatt Motor to reach a solution pressure of 100 PSI. This unit is the only Pulsar Carpet Extractor without a heater.
The Pulsar Gamma models use a Single Airwatt Motor to reach a solution pressure of 220 PSI. The difference is the Gamma+ has a larger solution tank (15 gallons) to tackle larger areas.
